Admission in MBA IT is done via 2 ways- An entrance exam or Direct admission (merit based or management quota based). The process generally includes 4 Steps.
- Register & Apply for MBA Entrance Exam: One of the most poplar and important exams for MBA is CAT. You can register for it on the official portal iimcat.in. For other exams like XAT, NMAT, SNAP, and CMAT, you have to register separately.
- MBA Entrance Exam: Appear for the respective MBA Entrance exams & wait for the result.
- Shortlisting Process: The shortlisting will be considered on the basis of the no. of candidates appeared for the exams and the no. of available seats. Cutoff result for all the colleges will be announced.
- GD-PI-WAT Round – Final Admission Process: Group Discussion and the Personal Interview takes place in this round and both of them have different weightages.
